Symptoms

Webserver Configuration Troubleshooter shows entry with “Related Domain” = “Deleted” for
/etc/httpd/conf/plesk.conf.d/webmails/horde/example.com_webmail.conf
(or for/etc/httpd/conf/plesk.conf.d/webmails/roundcube/example.com_webmail.conf
) file. -
The corresponding domain
example.com
does not exist on the server. example.com
was created in Plesk 12 version.# plesk db “select upgrade_date , version_info from upgrade_history;”

Cause
This is Plesk bug with ID PPPM-10686, which is planned to be fixed in one of the future product updates.
Resolution
As a workaround remove the error records in the following way:
- Log into Plesk.

In Plesk, open Webserver Configuration Troubleshooter at Tools & Settings from the Extensions menu.

Click the
button, then set Status to “Error” from the drop-down menu.

The list of broken configuration files will appear. Select all, then click Remove
