Constantly adding new brands and products to its portfolio, in its current formula, WebPros comprises of Plesk, cPanel, SolusVM, WHMCS and XOVI.

Our global team is made up of 600+ tech-loving professionals with offices around the globe. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

These are the essential duties for which you'll be responsible for:

Create the vision for a best-in-class website, and implement it in partnership with marketing and IT
Develop and execute strategies for website optimization to support cPanel’s business goals
Own user experience, monitor performance and propose continuous improvements and key metrics such as traffic, trial downloads, conversion, and store volume
Take action through data-driven insights and execute with operational rigor and efficiency
Thrive in an ambiguous, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high priority initiatives
Collaborate with Product and Customer Experience in the design and development of eCommerce programs
Collaborate and coordinate with counterparts in our European offices.

These are the skills, requirements, and experience we require

5 years of digital marketing including managing websites and eCommerce platforms.
Proven leadership of large E-commerce projects, e.g. web platform upgrades / re-platforming.
An in-depth understanding of search engines, search engine optimization and factors that influence high rankings.
Experience driving transparency in across global organizations and fast-paced environments.
Proactive, organized, with an eye for detail and combined with excellent project management skills.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to justify requirements
