  • Engage the Webhosting community. Being advocates of the brand help to establish a personal connection between the Product Team and users/experts.
  • A big part of the Community Manager’s role is listening to and understanding their audiences’ problems and doubts. By understanding their concerns, tailored content can be adapted to answer their questions and clarify a certain topic.
  • CMs create content on behalf of the brand to give more insights to the customers about products and their functions or shed more light on the benefits of using the product or service.
    A community manager posts as a brand ambassador under their account. In this way, they work on developing a community by participating in discussions, finding new customers, and listening to the current ones.
  • Even if the Community Manager can be more visible than the other team members, he/she still should be a team player to involve and meet people from the product team and users to make the work more efficient.
  • Capability to catch community attention and lead a discussion on forum/community.

WE NEED YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

Language Skills – Intermediate or above.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English (Perfect Reading and Writing skills)
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Community Manager role
  • Technical background (ideally in the Webhosting domain)
  • Knowledge of Webhosting domain, or an ability/skill to fastly dig into the topic, understand it, being able to participate in a discussion regarding the topic
  • Experience in Forum/Community administration

Desirable/optional:

  • other languages (German, Spanish)
  • experience with the xenForo forum engine
