Cause
Product issue:

#PPPM-12584 "After installation of or upgrade to Plesk Obsidian, the plesk repair fs command no longer mistakenly detects files with the incorrect permissions in /var/log/plesk."

This is a cosmetic issue, the error can be safely ignored and will be permanently fixed in upcoming update.
