When clicking ‘Upgrade’ it shows: The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

Answer:
If you tried to upgrade your license in My Plesk several times and now getting the message “The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.”, that means the payment for upgrade was not processed. Cleverbridge sent an email to you regarding failed transaction.

Please check your mailbox (for the email that is assigned with the license), open email from cleverbridge and proceed with the payment through the direct link.
Once upgraded, please Log in to Plesk and retrieve keys.
