Symptoms
- There are no Domains > example.com > Bandwidth Limiting options available for a domain in Plesk
- Installing the Tools & Settings > Updates and Upgrades > Add/Remove Components > Web hosting > Apache > mod_bw component is impossible.
- The server is running on Plesk Obsidian 18.0.32 or later.
Cause
This functionality is relying on the mod_bw component, which has been deprecated since Plesk Obsidian 18.0.32.
Resolution
As an alternative, consider using the paid Cgroups Manager extension which can be purchased separately or as a part of the Hosting Pack for the Web Pro or Web Host Plesk product licenses.
