Question
How to activate G Suite on a domain using the G Suite Extension in Plesk?
Answer
Note: If an account for example.com domain already exists on G Suite, you will see the transfer customer screen. In such cases, follow these instructions on how to transfer the G Suite account to your G Suite reseller account. The Plesk Reseller Public Identifier for G Suite is: C02ykt2uz
Note: User accounts on trial accounts are not counted towards the G Suite extension license.
-
Go to G Suite > Domains > Manage example.com
-
Select the plan for the account (Basic, Business, or Enterprise). Uncheck the Trial if you want to provide the production account right away. If not, you can switch the account from trial to production at any moment but not vice versa.
-
Define a super admin for the account:
- Email on the domain, on which you enable G Suite. If a mailbox with such name does not exist, the extension will create it with the password specified below.
- Password for super admin of the account on G Suite.
- First and last name.
- Alternative email, not on the domain on which you are enabling G Suite.
-
Fill in Google customer details for billing/invoicing purposes.
-
Click Activate.
Warning: Only Plesk administrator can use G Suite extension to enable services on domains. The extension is not integrated into Plesk service plans via limits or permissions and cannot be delegated to resellers or customers.
