The new pricing will come into effect on January 1, 2027. Plesk Partners will be billed the new license rates on their first 2027 invoice.
We are adjusting the pricing on all Plesk license-related products. A complete list can be found in the email communication sent out to you on Oct 8, 2026.
No. There is nothing you need to do, and you should not expect any disruption. These changes only affect our billing and invoicing processes, and all changes (if any) will be done by us. You will not have to change any license keys or other information on your servers. All partners have been notified at least 8 weeks prior to the increase to provide time for any end-user pricing adjustments.
No, as part of this adjustment exercise, our SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) will remain the same. The existing SKUs will continue to be used, and we will only adjust their price.
Alongside the price adjustment, every partner automatically qualifies for the Partner Incentive Program . The Partner Incentive Program offers 50% of a partner’s August 2026 invoice as a credit, automatically available to spend on a defined set of growth products throughout 2027. It is a partner-only benefit; retail and direct customers are not eligible.
Quite a lot. Over the past year Plesk shipped AI directly into the panel — Plesk now speaks MCP and includes a built-in AI Support Assistant — alongside a rebuilt Node.js hosting experience, a large-scale accessibility and security hardening pass, and support for the latest operating systems and databases.
Our Partner Program rewards those hosting Partners who achieve certain revenue thresholds. Once those thresholds are reached, discounts are automatically applied. These revenue thresholds will not be affected by the pricing increase.
At Plesk, as in other software companies, we periodically assess the impact of our pricing to ensure there is a reasonable alignment with the needs of our customers and partners across the globe and our own cost of doing business. Therefore, we may make further price adjustments to be able to deliver our customers with outstanding value and an exceptional product at a reasonable price.
