The exact increase depends on the specific license or product. For an overview, you can also consult the dedicated Plesk Customer Licensing Guide.
The new pricing will come into effect on January 1st, 2027. Plesk customers will be billed the new license rates on their first 2027 invoices.
We are adjusting the pricing on all Plesk license-related products and select extensions. A complete list can be found in the Plesk Customer Licensing Guide. Pricing for select extensions, including CloudLinux OS, Imunify360, KernelCare, and ImunifyAV+, will also be revised. The complete list of affected extensions and their updated pricing is available in the 2027 Plesk Customer Extension Price List.
No. There is nothing you need to do, and you should not expect any disruption. These changes only affect our billing and invoicing processes, and all changes (if any) will be done by us. You will not have to change any license keys or other information on your servers.
No. As part of this adjustment exercise, our SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) will remain the same. The existing SKUs will continue being used and we will only adjust their price. We also have no plans to change the licensing model.
At Plesk, as in other software companies, we periodically assess the impact of our pricing to ensure there is a reasonable alignment with the needs of our customers and partners across the globe and our own cost of doing business. Therefore, we may make further price adjustments to deliver outstanding value and an exceptional product to our customers at a reasonable price.
Billing will be automatically updated. We do not currently provide discounts on licenses purchased through the store; all customers pay the same list price.
Yes. You can log into your Plesk account and upgrade your licenses as needed during the notification period (October 8, 2026 through December 31, 2026). On January 1, 2027, regardless of the license type, we will automatically adjust the pricing.
Quite a lot. Over the past year Plesk shipped AI directly into the panel — Plesk now speaks MCP and includes a built-in AI Support Assistant — alongside a rebuilt Node.js hosting experience, a large-scale accessibility and security hardening pass, and support for the latest operating systems and databases.
