• An e-mail is received with "mail loop detected"

• No forwarding is configured for the mailbox in Domains > example.com > E-Mail Addresses > [email protected] > Forwarding

Cause

Broken mailserver configuration

Resolution

Warning: Executing plesk repair mail might revert customizations on the mailserver.

1. Connect to the server via SSH

2. Execute the following command:

   # plesk repair mail example.com
