Symptoms
Subscription for Symantec Secure Site Starter Wildcard was bought via Domains > example.com > Symantec SSL.
A confirmation email with Activation Code has been received to the email address used in the registration process.
The following error is shown when trying to activate the subscription via the code in Tools & Settings > License Management > Additional Licenses:
Error: The UID parameter doesn't match any known UID format
In Domains > example.com > Symantec SSL for Symantec Secure Site Starter Wildcard product status set as:
Not billed
Shortly after the purchase, the subscription was canceled.
Cause
The license key was deactivated immediately after canceling the subscription.
Resolution
Purchase a new subscription, since reactivation of the same subscription is not possible.
