How to disable a mailbox in Plesk?

Will the content of mailbox be removed after disabling?

Will mail forwarding still work?

Answer

1. Log into Plesk

2. Navigate to Domains > example.com > Email Addresses > [email protected]

3. Uncheck the Mailbox option and click on OK

   

    

• Disabling a mailbox does not affect (remove) its content.
• Mail Forwarding rules will still work.
