How to disable a mailbox in Plesk?
Will the content of mailbox be removed after disabling?
Navigate to Domains > example.com > Email Addresses > <email_address>
Uncheck the Mailbox option and click on OK
Note: Disabling a mailbox does not affect (remove) its content.
