False-positive alerts about “no data received” are received to many servers with 360 Monitoring under CloudLinux

Symptoms

• False-positive alerts about "no data received" are received to many servers with 360 Monitoring
• CloudLinux server is in use with CageFS enabled.

Cause

agent360 service run not as root under the affected CloudLinux servers.

Resolution

1. Connect to the server via SSH.

2. Edit /etc/systemd/system/agent360.service file with any text editors like vi to replace User=agent360 with User=root.

3. Run below command to reload the file change:

   # systemctl daemon-reload

4. Restart agent360 service:

   # systemctl restart agent360
