The nslookup utility shows that the website is resolved to a public IP address that is available in Plesk at Tools & Settings > IP Addresses:
# nslookup example.com 220.127.116.11
A different IP address (public or private) is selected for this domain at Domains > example.com > Web Hosting Access:
Private or incorrect public IP address is assigned for the domain.
