Unable to receive emails: No such user in mail authorization database

Symptoms

• Unable to receive emails for any mailbox with the following error in /var/log/maillog:

  No such user '[email protected]' in mail authorization database

• Unable to connect to any mailbox through mail clients or webmail.

Cause

Mail server misconfiguration.

Resolution

1. Connect to the server via SSH

2. Execute the following command:

   # plesk repair mail -y
