The Automatic notifications for all the events listed in Tools & Settings > Notifications can be customized by following the instructions from this documentation.
To customize the default HTML template which defines how the notifications look check this documentation section. A feature request exists to make the Plesk notifications template edition possible from the Panel UI. Please vote this on the Plesk UserVoice.
