Domains list is empty: Inconsistency in the table ‘dom_param’ for the column dom_id: No rows in the table ‘domains’

Symptoms

• The domain list in Plesk > Domains is empty. The following error may appear:

  external error ;-P
  TypeError: Cannot read property 'escapeHTML' of null

• When changing a subscription's plan, the following error appears:

  Error code: 2204. Error message: Unable to update hosting preferences. Cause

A database inconsistency caused by orphaned entries.

Resolution

1. Connect to the server via RDP or SSH

2. Back up the Plesk database

3. Run this command and fix the orphaned entries when asked:

   # plesk repair db
