Unable to create SmarterMail mailbox: Error: Unable update mailbox: Mailbox is not supported

Symptoms

• It is not possible to create a mailbox in Plesk attached to SmarterMail:

  Error: Unable update mailbox: Mailbox is not supported

Cause

Plesk psa.ServiceNodeEnvironment database inconsistency.

Resolution

1. Log into Plesk

2. Go to Tools & Settings > Server Components

3. Click Refresh button.
