Symptoms
- The following errors shown in Plesk GUI:
Warning: The domain is not resolvable. To put your website online, correct DNS Settings.
Domain is not resolvable
Your website is offline because its domain name does not resolve to the server IP address
- Corresponding domain resolves correctly.
Cause
Upon creating a new domain in Plesk, Plesk will verify if the domain DNS records resolve to the Plesk server and provides some recommendations and guidance to the users.
Also, the Plesk daily tasks perform the same validations periodically in order to make sure the users are aware of the resolvable domain status. The error shown when domain already can be resolved but daily tasks that perform validation not started yet.
Resolution
Wait until daily tasks will be executed as scheduled.
If necessary, consider running the following command to update the DNS resolvable verifications for the domains that are shown in Plesk GUI:
# plesk daily CheckDomainsResolve
