On a Plesk server with WP Toolkit, an unwanted prefix is added to the name of a cloned database

Symptoms

• On a Plesk server with WP Toolkit, an unwanted prefix is added to the name of a cloned database.
• The option seems to be hardcoded and cannot be changed.

  

Cause

The option "Add a prefix and underscore to the beginning of database names" is enabled at Tools & Settings > Database Hosting Preferences

Resolution

1. Log into Plesk
2. Go to Tools & Settings > Database Hosting Preferences
3. Set the option "Add a prefix and underscore to the beginning of database names" to Off.
