How to send a Plesk technical report and get its ID?

Sending a technical report via the Plesk interface

Sending a technical report via a command-line interface

Log in to Plesk.
Go to Tools & Settings > Support > select Generate a technical report before contacting support > click Next.
In the next window, click Send Report.
Get your report ID.

Connect to your Plesk server via SSH (Linux) / RDP (Windows Server).
Run the command below to generate and send a technical report (on Windows Server, start a command prompt as an Administrator):
plesk bin report --send
When the command execution is completed, you will get the report ID:
Your report ID: TR-PLSK-55469 Contact Plesk support and provide this ID to get help
