By default, Plesk server acts as a primary name server for all hosted
domains. However, if you do not want to provide the DNS service, you can
switch it off by clicking Switch Off in the Tools & Settings >
DNS Template. Note that this will switch off the DNS only for
domains created after you click the button. Additionally, subscribers of
service plans that include the permission DNS zone management will
still be able to switch on the DNS for their domains through the
Customer Panel.
