Cause
Restrictions of a Fail2Ban.
Resolution
Adjust the configuration of Fail2Ban to pass the requests from the necessary IP addresses:

Adding all IPs at once via CLI on a Plesk server:

Connect to the server via SSH

Execute the command below:
