Symptoms

• Migration of the subscription fails with the following error:

  stderr: An error occurred during domain creation: There are no available resources of this type (sites) left. Requested: 1; available: 0.

• The number of domains is not exceeded by the Plesk license

• The number of domains on the source server does not coincide with the destination one

Cause

Some domains were removed from the source server during the migration of the subscription.

Resolution

1. Log into Plesk on the destination server

2. Go to Subscriptions and remove the affected subscription

3. Go to Tools & Settings > Migration & Transfer Manager

4. Choose the necessary migration session

   Note: For example, if the migration is performed from the server with IP 203.0.113.2 choose this IP address in the list.

5. Click the Re-sync button for the affected subscription
