- How to upgrade/downgrade user amount for Imunify360 extension?
Answer
It is technically impossible to increase or decrease user amount for Imunify360 extension. It will be required to do the following:
- Cancel current subscription for Imunify360
- Use the extension until it expires
- Purchase new subscription for required number of users
In case you wish to change your extension value immediately and do not want to wait till current extension expires, please contact licensing team via chat in Plesk 360 or through the form Plesk licensing and purchase support to detach extension license from Plesk key.
