How to make it possible to run Perl cgi scripts out of cgi-bin in Plesk? For example, from /httpdocs?

Log into Plesk.
Go to Domains > example.com > Hosting Settings and make sure that CGI support is enabled.
Go to Domains > example.com > PHP settings and make sure that PHP run as FastCGI application.
Go to Domains > example.com > Apache & nginx settings > Additional Apache directives page and add SetHandler cgi-script line into Additional directives for HTTP and Additional directives for HTTPS boxes.
