After updating Plesk Obsidian to 18.0.43, the “plesk repair web” utility reports an error: There is a disabled required Apache module: php7.4

Symptoms

After upgrading Plesk Obsidian to 18.0.43, Web & FTP Servers check in "Diagnose & Repair" and the "plesk repair web" utility report the following message:

Checking the status of the required Apache modules
    There is a disabled required Apache module: php7.4 ................ [ERROR]

Note: Apache modules may very in the error message, for example: php7.4, php5.

Cause

Product issue:

  • #PPPM-13512 "Running the plesk repair web command no longer produces an error for every disabled Apache PHP module if the mpm_event module is enabled."

    Fixed in:

    • Plesk Obsidian 16 August 2022 (Linux)

Resolution

Please consider updating your server:

  • How to install Plesk updates

Workaround

If update is not possible for some reason you may try the following

workaround

The error message can be ignored.
It does not affect web-server functionality.
