Symptoms
Plesk Premium Email doesn't sync with Outlook over ActiveSync
Cause
The Outlook update 2401 from February 1 breaks ActiveSync synchronization.
The client just repeatedly sends a FolderSync command without making any progress on the synchronization.
Resolution
Update Outlook to 2402 (Build 17328.20162).
