Symptoms
Accessing the Imunify360 extension in Plesk results in the following error despite the fact the valid license is installed on the server:
Warning
License is invalid for this server
Cause
The extension installation is corrupted.
Resolution
- Log into Plesk.
- Go to Extensions > My Extensions and reinstall the Imunify360 extension.
- Go to Tools & Settings > License Management.
- Click on the Retrieve Keys button.
Command-line solution

Connect to the Plesk server via SSH.

Reinstall the Imunify360 extension via the two commands below:
# plesk bin extension -u imunify360
# plesk bin extension -i imunify360Note: If the installation reports
dpkgerrors, execute the following command and reinstall the extension again:# dpkg --configure -a

Retrieve the license keys:
# plesk bin license --retrieve
