Unable to start a migration via Tools & Settings > Migration & Transfer Manager > 203.0.113.2 due to the following error:
PLESK_ERROR: Failed to connect to target Plesk server by Plesk API: Plesk error : Access to API is disabled for 203.0.113.2
The same issue occurs during the Site Import.
- The same error occurs when trying to connect HostBill API to Plesk.
The IP address from the error message is restricted from login with administrator’s privileges to Plesk on the destination server.
Allow the connections for the required IP address to Plesk on the destination server with administrator’s privileges:
Log in to Plesk on the destination server.
Go to Tools & Settings > IP Access Restriction Managment.
Click the Add Network button.
Specify the IP address mentioned in the error message and press the OK button to apply changes.
Go to Tools & Settings > Migration & Transfer Manager and click the source server IP address in order to reinitiate the failed migration.
