Answer
It is possible to upgrade from the old ImunifyAV+ (‘revisium-antivirus’) to the new ImunifyAV+ (‘imunify360’) or to any edition of Imunify360:
- Login to Plesk 360
- Go to 'Licenses' tab
- Find old ImunifyAV+(‘revisium-antivirus’)
- Click Upgrade
- Select Imunify - ImunifyAV+ or Imunify360 (make sure to choose the correct plan for Imunify360)
- Confirm or update payment option
- When invoice is received, retrieve keys in Plesk at Tools and settings > License information (previously License management) > retrieve keys.
NOTE: Upgrade from ImunifyAV+ (‘revisium-antivirus’) to the new Imunify - ImunifyAV+ is free of charge.
