Unable to clone WordPress: Copying Files Task is not responding

Symptoms

• Unable to Clone WordPress: Subscription > example.com > Clone WordPress site:

  Copying Files
  Task is not responding: id=62, pid=251798, type=ext-wp-toolkit-taskmanage

  OR

  Task is not responding: id=1128, pid=2646303, type=ext-wp-toolkit-backgroundtasksimplementationcloningcloningtask

• CloudLinux is used and LVE Manager limits IO and IOPS for subscription system user (can be found at example.com > Web Hosting Access - username)

Cause

Too strict limits for IO and IOPS operations for the subscription system user.

Resolution

1. Login to Plesk.

2. Go to LVE Manager > Users > edit limits for system user specified in example.com > Web Hosting Access.
   IOPS must be at least 10240 and IO must be at least 10MB/s

   Note: These values might be higher than it is provided in the example. Values depend on the website size and the number of files.
