Go to Home > Tools & Settings > FTP Settings and set passive FTP port range:
Plesk for Linux
Such functionality is yet to be implemented in Plesk for Linux. Please take part in our product improvement by referring to the following link: https://plesk.uservoice.com/forums/184549-feature-suggestions.
