• Working with the latest server technologies.
• Supporting our clients around the world to use Plesk most effectively.
• Answering customer requests, investigating the reported issue, providing causes and resolutions, fixing errors or helping customers solve them.
• Expanding our Knowledge Content Standard by writing articles about common problems and how to solve them.
• Working with Plesk experts inside and outside the company to make Plesk even better.
• Continuously improving your expertise in Plesk and related technologies

• Interested in becoming an expert in the field of web and hosting.
• Experienced in system administration of Linux and Windows servers, as a DevOps or in a similar profession.
• An experienced expert in Web Server, Mail, FTP, DNS, SQL, network under Windows and Linux.
• A structured and precise person with a high level of self-motivation and have a hands-on mentality.
• Open-minded and communicative, enjoy working in international teams and have a passion for what you do.
• A fluent German and English speaker – another language is an advantage.
