Symptoms
Plesk backups made to Remote storage in Tools & Settings > Backup manager are not available in Subscriptions > example.com > Backup manager
Cause
This is expected behavior.
By design, remote backups are being stored differently than local backups as a single archive with all files inside, hence it is available only to the creator for security reasons.
Resolution

Configure remote storage specifically for the subscription or Reseller in Subscriptions > example.com > Backup manager > Remote Storage.
