Symptoms

Plesk backup finishes with the warning message in Plesk Obsidian:

Not all the data from C:Program Files (x86)ParallelsPlesk/var/modules/grafana/ was backed up successfully:

Unable to get attributes of the file C:Program Files (x86)ParallelsPleskvarmodulesgrafanagrafanadatagrafana.db: (32) The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.
The file will not be archived.
