WordPress Development at Your Fingertips with Codeable

We are excited to announce Plesk has embraced a new integration with Codeable, the only global WordPress freelance marketplace where customers can match leading WordPress experts to assist with overcoming any WordPress-related problems. The integration with Codeable is now available by default for WP Toolkit on selected Plesk servers.

What is Codeable?

From troubleshooting to custom development, Codeable handles all things WordPress.

Codeable is an online platform that connects businesses with vetted freelance WordPress developers from around the world: a global freelance platform dedicated to WordPress-related projects.

As they ensure their developers are highly skilled and experienced in WordPress development, Codeable can position themselves as leading WordPress experts. Their aim is to provide a level of quality assurance for businesses seeking assistance with WordPress related projects, thereby streamlining the process of finding reliable WordPress developers to continue to tackle WordPress-related topics effectively, and with ease.

How is Codeable beneficial for Hosting Providers?

Codeable was built by and for hosting experts to ensure hosting providers can offer high-end support solutions to endlessly enable customers while maintaining a healthy customer churn rate.

Goodbye are the days where customer requests fall beyond the scope of the available support. With the Codeable integration with Plesk, hosting providers are set to further enable customers by offering superior support solutions outside of the usual services provided. As such, Codeable’s developers can take on new projects that further strengthen and diversify the hosting service offering.

Improve Customer Satisfaction

To be informed that a problem can’t be solved does not leave one with a great impression of the current state of business. Consider the following scenario: which would you rather hear?

– “I’m sorry, we can’t help with that. You’ll need to hire a developer.”

– “Your request is a bit outside our support expertise. No worries, though! We have an awesome partner, Codeable, who’s fantastic at handling these kinds of projects.

The first response leaves us grappling with what to do next. It opens the door to finding a new hosting provider with a different service offering or expertise, and closes the door for follow-ups with future projects. The second option offers a simple, more immediate solution to a problem that does allow for a positive follow-up to retain a customer going forward.

In short, the Codeable integration allows hosting providers to offer new solutions to overcome obstacles without increasing the internal level of service. It’s a true win/win situation for both the hosting service and the clients’ needs.

Retain Clients, Decrease Customer Churn

When a website has issues, there is always the risk of losing an account when problems cannot be fixed straight away. The Codeable integration simply bridges the gap between what hosting providers can offer, and what the customer increasingly needs.

Customer acquisition can be costly. Therefore, hosting customers who repeatedly renew their plans are gold. Renewals happen when hosting providers are delivering excellent customer service and increasing customer satisfaction. And with Codeable, hosters are positioned to retain customers like never before.

Reduced Support Burden

Support tickets can quickly overwhelm the support staff, especially if most of the requests are outside of the service-level agreement. Codeable simply redirects those requests before they ever get to the support team. While customers receive the help they need, the support team can focus on delivering top-notch support for the services covered.

How do Plesk customers access Codeable?

The Codeable integration is enabled by default for WP Toolkit on selected Plesk servers, allowing customers to request support directly from the Plesk panel or inside their WordPress admin.

Site administrators will see an option for “Hire a developer”. It will take them to the Codeable landing page, where they can submit a request directly to Codeable.

You can also hide the link completely — which was possible before, but only via config file modification. To make sure server admins learn about this feature, we’ve added a hint in the interface, visible only to them:

Rates range from USD $80 to $120 per hour, and pricing varies based on the total scope to be completed, complexity, and urgency.

We’re excited about the new collaboration with Codeable. We know they can deliver great results for the WordPress community. Furthermore, we are also working on giving you the opportunity to enjoy revenue shares from all Codeable orders, so stay tuned for more updates. If you have any questions about the integration or customization, you can contact your account manager.
