Error in Plesk: License: Expected ‘,’ or ‘}’ after property value in JSON at position 52 (line 1 column 53)

Symptoms

• The following error is seen in Domains page of Plesk interface:

  License: Expected ',' or '}' after property value in JSON at position 52 (line 1 column 53)

• Extension WebTotem Security with a paid license is installed

Cause

The WebTotem Security license body is corrupted.

Resolution

1. Login to Plesk

2. Retrieve the license key via Tools & Settings > License Information
