Your Own Dress Code:
At Plesk, we have no dress code, per se – So come as you are. If you’re comfortable, then we’re all comfortable.

Flexible Work Hours:
Most people work in regular working hours but depending on your private situation, preference and role, we’re happy to arrange flexible working times or Home Office.

Plesk Wellbeing:
Enjoy fresh fruits, free coffee and water, and sometimes even a delicious cake. Stay healthy and join us when we go for a run or even join marathons.

Health Insurance:
In some locations, we offer extra health insurance in order to make sure you have a good coverage for anything that may happen.

Becoming a Pleskian

We build our interview process around our candidates. The number and format of interviews that you’ll go through will depend on your personal skill set and the type of role you’re after. What’s important for us is getting to know you – your personality, abilities and aspirations.

Apply

Please submit your complete application via our online form. Make sure you include your motivation, salary expectations and start date. You will then receive an automatic confirmation.

Review

We’ll take some time to carefully review your application and contact you within 2 weeks.

Phone Interview

We’ll have our first telephone call with you in order to get a first impression. This call is your first chance to ask us questions and typically lasts about 30-45 minutes.

Personal Interviews

You may be invited to 1-2 personal interviews where you’ll meet your potential team lead/colleagues and possibly HR too. The first interview may be via Skype (depending on location), but at least one of the interviews will be in person. We may ask you for a work sample ahead of the interview, depending on the role you’re applying for (this mostly applies to creative or developer roles). Since feedback is important to us and our corporate culture, we’ll give you detailed feedback and explain our decision after the interviews.

Offer

You’ve made it! If you’re here, then you convinced us you’re a good fit and we’re ready to get you on board. Together we’ll discuss employment details and you’ll receive a contract – which we hope you’ll sign.

Onboarding

We’ll make sure you get your equipped workspace ready when you start. You’ll be welcomed by HR, your manager and/or team who will help you get started. A customary welcome mail will introduce you to the whole Plesk group, so everyone knows you’ve joined. Your first days will be all about getting connected, meeting cool people and understanding Plesk.

Tips and tricks for the interviews

Do your research: We assume you’re interested in Plesk and the job, so get yourself prepared.

Be yourself. Sounds standard, right? But we mean it. We want to get to know the real you because people and culture are important to us. We need to make sure it’s a good fit on both sides.

Stand out: Tell us what you’re passionate about. What drives and motivates you in a unique way?

Ask questions: This is your potential new job and you also need to be sure, so don’t let the questions be a one-way street. We’ll be happy to clarify and give you insights. This also shows us that you’ve informed yourself and are interested.
