TuxCare Extended Lifecycle Support for PHP

This extension for Plesk helps administrators migrate End-of-Life (EoL) Plesk PHP versions to secure TuxCare Extended Lifecycle Support (ELS) for PHP. The extension automates migration, preserves all PHP extensions and settings, and ensures ongoing security updates for legacy PHP versions.

What It Does

When PHP versions reach end-of-life, they stop receiving security updates, exposing sites to vulnerabilities. This extension:

• Detects all EoL Plesk PHP versions (5.6, 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.3, 7.4, 8.0) installed on your server
• Shows how many sites use each version and lists them
• Installs TuxCare ELS PHP packages with extended support
• Migrates sites from EoL Plesk PHP to secure TuxCare ELS PHP versions (named X.Y.Z (Secured) in Plesk)
• Preserves PHP configuration and handler settings

Getting Started

1. Install the extension from the Plesk Extensions Catalog
2. Install your TuxCare ELS PHP license key
3. Go to Extensions > TuxCare Extended Lifecycle Support for PHP
4. Review detected EoL PHP versions and affected sites
5. Use Install & Switch buttons to migrate sites
