Got several sites hosted on a shared IP?  CloudFlare mitigates attacks on one site without affecting other sites on the server.Any website or web application will gain from the performance and security functionality of CloudFlare, with particular benefits for ecommerce websites, SMBs, WordPress websites or any website with PCI compliance requirements. If that wasn’t enough, the free SSL helps boost your sites’ SEO.As mentioned, ServerShield Plus ships with free SSL, which is automatically provisioned on CloudFlare’s network. The SSL cert is issued automatically once the “www” subdomain is enabled on CloudFlare. Certificates include an entry for the root domain (e.g., example.com) as well as a wildcard entry for all first-level subdomains (e.g., www.example.com, blog.example.com, etc.).  The CloudFlare SSL certificate runs on a shared IP address which provides encryption between the end-user browser and CloudFlare edge.

To upgrade to ServerShield Plus Advanced, purchase directly from Plesk or contact your ISP provider.  It’s available in English, French, German, Japanese, Spanish, and Italian. Getting set up is simple.

If you are a CloudFlare Certified Partner and using CloudFlare partner account credentials (Host API key and Partner Email) for ServerShield extension activation, please make sure you send email to [email protected] with the request to enable Free SSL for your partner account.
