The new cfgmon utility enables administrators to track changes in
critical configuration files. Below are examples of commands.
To display a list of configuration files that are tracked for changes,
run the following command:
# plesk sbin cfgmon --list-all
For each file, you will see the path to the file and the time when the
file’s was last modified.
To see the history of changes for the /etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl.conf
file:
# plesk sbin cfgmon -s /etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl.conf
A list of revisions will be displayed with paths to each revision.
To see the exact changes that were made to a file (for example
/etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl.conf) in a certain revision (for example, 48),
run the following command:
# plesk sbin cfgmon -r 48 | diff /etc/httpd/conf.d/ssl.conf
To display all commands of the cfgmon utility, run the command:
# plesk sbin cfgmon --help
