Symptoms
The following error appears from time to time on random pages in Plesk including the Plesk login page:

NetworkError when attempting to fetch resource

The stack trace output in errors may vary.
Cause
Unstable network connection leads to the error message on Plesk side. This behavior is planned to be improved in the scope of PPP-59897.
Resolution
As a workaround refresh the page in question.
