While performing a migration via Plesk Migrator, the following error message is displayed:
Unable to create mail account 'jdoe@example.com' in subscription 'example.com': Command execution failed on the local server with non-zero exit code.

Cause
Plesk Migrator bug with ID PMT-5002.
Resolution
- Log into the destination Plesk server.
- Navigate to Tools & Settings > Migration & Transfer Manager and select the active migration.
- Perform Re-sync of the example.com subscription including business objects.
Note: the error message may remain, however, it can be safely ignored.
