1. Where can I find invoices for the license ordered in the Plesk Online Store?
Note: Invoice is an official document that reflects purchased items and payment details. It cannot be changed or edited once your order has been placed. Make sure you enter correct information before you place the order.
On March 15, 2016, we launched new Online Store powered by cleverbridge AG at Plesk website, new licenses were purchased through the new Online Store since that date.
On December 10, 2018, Old Online Store system has been finally shut down. It is no longer possible to login to the Old Online Store.
You can find information about your purchase and subscription at the cleverbridge order details page. The link to this page is available in your order confirmation email from cleverbridge.
In case you did not receive an order confirmation email or misplaced it, check your spam and junk mail folders or use the purchase lookup page to relocate your order information:
To get the order details and invoices, you should enter the email used for the licenses. Details of all orders and subscriptions with links to the order details pages will be sent to the indicated email.
