Plesk Administrators, Resellers, and Customers can manage the domain’s mail using the following features:

  • Track delivery of emails and check their delivery status.
  • Search through email logs.
  • Get log events for particular email messages.
  • Resend emails or remove them from the mail delivery queue.
  • Access the Action Log.

Server-wide features available only to Plesk Administrators:

  • Access the logs to check and troubleshoot the system and mail services.
  • Filter logs of the system services and mail by date, source, or any string pattern.
  • See the service log and maillog updated in real time.
  • Postfix and Qmail are supported.
