How do I create a new ticket?

There are the following available support options:

Support for direct Plesk customers:

Plesk offers free technical support for all direct Plesk customers (non-partners) who purchased the product directly from Plesk or AWS (Amazon Web Services) Marketplace:

Support for Plesk Partners:

All Plesk Partners should use their company mailbox to contact Plesk technical support. The ticketing system recognizes Plesk partners by the company domain name.

Support for customers, who purchased a license from a Plesk Partner:

If the Plesk license was purchased from a Plesk Partner, the support should be gotten from this partner. Plesk partners are fully trained by Plesk and deliver best-in-the-industry support for Plesk products running on their infrastructure.

Paid support subscriptions for customers, who purchased a license from Plesk Partner:

If Plesk license was purchased from a Plesk Partner but it is required to receive support directly from Plesk, it is possible to purchase a support subscription. Visit this KB article to learn more about support subscription.

 How do I get support for extensions?

Support should be gotten from the developer of the extension. Each extension's page contains a link to support, for example:


 How do I log in to the ticketing system?

 1. If you have already submitted a support request and received a notification about request creation, follow the Forgot my password link in the Sign-In dialogue window.

To receive a password reset link use the e-mail you used when you created the request.

2. If you have not submitted a request yet you will need to click the Sign Up link and create a new user. A welcome email will be sent to the specified e-mail, containing a verification link that enables you to sign in.


I am logged into the ticketing system, how can I find my support requests?

 To see your requests click on your username in the top-right corner, and then click My activities. There you can see the list of support requests you submitted.
