Symptoms
Updating plugins in WP Toolkit fails with the following error:

Cause
Updating the plugin fails because it requires a package which is not installed on the server. In this particular case, the package is snmp.
Resolution
Install the required package manually on Linux:
1. Connect to the server via SSH
2. Run the following command to install the snmp package:
CentOS/CloudLinux/RHEL:
# yum install snmp
Debian/Ubuntu:
# apt-get install snmp
