Cause 

Additional license key has not been applied due to broken installation of ModSecurity.

Resolution

  1. Login into Plesk.
  2. Navigate to Tools & Settings > Updates and Upgrades > Add/Remove Components.
  3. Reinstall ModSecurity by selecting Remove/Install and clicking Continue.
  4. Connect to the server using SSH.
  5. Move
    /var/asl/rbc/etc/asl/config/
    directory content:

    # mv /var/asl/rbc/etc/asl/config/ ./

  6. Navigate to Tools & Settings > License management > Retrieve.
  7. Activate Atomic Professional ModSecurity in Tools and Settings > Web Application Firewall (ModSecurity).
