License upgrade fails in Plesk 360

If you tried to upgrade your license in Plesk 360 several times and now getting the message

Cannot perform the current operation because the previous one (for example, the change of the payment method) was not finished. Finish the previous operation to proceed.

that means the payment for upgrade was not processed. Cleverbridge sent an email to you regarding failed transaction.

  1. Please check your mailbox (for the email that is assigned with the license), open email from cleverbridge and proceed with the payment through the direct link.
  2. Once upgraded, please Log in to Plesk and retrieve keys.
